Mario was very helpful and flexible in terms of check-in/check-out changes we requested and went out of his way to assure we would be taken care of with a room if we were to stay another day or two due to our flight being cancelled.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to the type of room reserved, the new room being much more spacious. Thanks to the host for this wonderful stay!

While being situated in the very city-center it unexpectedly remains silent during the nights. Our windows were looking in to the inner yard, clean and safe. The room was clean and modern, the same as the bathroom. Every aspect of the check-in and living were sent well in advance by the host (Marco), who have done utmost to ensure we've enjoyed the stay. That's a true Italian hospitality!

It was a fantastic stay we were made to feel very welcome by our host. Would highly recommend. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had lots of extras. A lot of thought has gone into setting up this accommodation.
