The place is beautiful,renovated,super clean. Coffee machine,toaster,snacks,water,fruits,milk are in the room and refilled every day. Fresh pastries are near the door each morning. But the best was Orsola who was attentive and helped us with suggestions where to eat,what to do and helped to organized an airport transfer!

Wonderful staff that was very welcoming when we arrived, our room was fantastic, great breakfast. Feels like a home away from home.

The location was perfect - super close to Line 1 of the metro and just 3 stops from the central station. All the people in the hotel are super nice, helpful, and amazing. The room was clean, had everything needed, and was cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was also great. The food was the same all the time, which allowed us to try everything

Very fancy and cozy ambience. We love it. Customer service was amazing. They helped us with directions, advised us on where to go, and gave us a charger when we didn't have one.

The location is perfect as you are in the main area and close to the harbor and some other stuff.
