Great location, clean, recently and nicely refurbished, very spacious, and nice cosmetic products (L’Occitane). We spent 5 nights here and were quickly reaching all areas of interest in Naples and also the Garibaldi station to catch the train to Pompei and Herculaneum. The cleaning lady was also very nice and ensuring each time we saw her that everything was fine. We would definitely come back. Also, very clear instructions given by WhatsApp prior to our arrival.

Featuring a bar, Smart Hotel Napoli is set in Naples in the Campania region, less than 1 km from Maschio Angioino and a 14-minute walk from Palazzo Reale Napoli. The employee Elissa is one of the most professional people I have dealt with, smile, welcome and service. She is really an employee who deserves praise and I wish her to continue this giving. Thank you.

Set in Naples, 1.3 km from Naples Central Train Station, Napoli Svelata features views of the city. The location is very good, between the train station and city center. The room was clean, with a medium size bed and a big hidromassage bath. The heating with A/C was ok for an outside temperature about 10 Celsius degrees during the night. There are a safe box and a fridge in the room. The breakfast was ok, available from 8 to 10, based on sweeties, fruits, yoghurt, cheese, ham and butter, but no vegetables. Towels were changed in the third day of staying. Francesca is a very friendly and helpful person. :)

Just metres from Municipio Metro in Naples, Beverello Suite offers spacious colourful rooms with air conditioning and modern décor. Molo Beverello port is a 5 -minute walk away. It was in an excellent location. The room and bathroom were clean and nice sizes. The breakfast was well worth its money.

Featuring a free fitness centre and solarium, Palazzo Salgar is set in Naples, a 5-minute walk from Piazza Mercato Square. All air-conditioned rooms offer views of the city. We liked everything at this hotel, location was perfect, very close to the city center, rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, from the beginning of our conversation they answer very quickly and provide all information we needed. Very kind girl at our check in, she give us an excellent recommendation for the dinner. We'll recommend this hotel to everyone and when we visit Naples again, we'll stay here for sure.

Muljetavaldav NH Napoli Ambassador asub Napoli vanalinnas, kuningliku palee ja San Carlo teatri lähedal. Kogu hotellis levib tasuta WiFi-ühendus. I got a room on the 30th floor and it was so amazing. One of the highlights of my trip. The view was to die for! I am so thankful and wish I could have stayed longer. The location was perfect, I was travelling solo and felt safe and the staff was so nice. I would like to stay there again.

It was my first time visiting Naples, and I was with my 22-year-old daughter. We arrived at the airport late, at 10:30 PM, and caught the Alibus bus from the airport to the port. Initially, I found the eight-minute walk from the port to the hotel a bit ‘big city scary’, but the next day, I realized it was a completely safe area. I was pleased that I hadn’t booked a room right in the center of historic Naples because friends that had, found the centre of historic Naples very noisy and tiring! The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle for tea, blackout lining on the curtains at night, double glazing, fab bathroom and the air conditioning worked very well. The location was perfect, we were just a 10-minute walk to the heart of the historic part of the city, a two-minute walk to the metro, and a five-minute walk to the ferry. The location was perfect. The staff were wonderful. The man and woman who served breakfast were lovely, and there was a great choice of both sweet and savoury. The receptionists were kind and helped us with advice and even printed out tickets when I couldn’t do it on my phone! The people who cleaned the rooms were fantastic. If I visit Naples again, I would definitely stay in this hotel.
