The hotel - and staff - were exactly what we needed after a difficult travel morning. Gennaro was as hospitable, friendly, and helpful as anyone we met in Italy. I have to say too, that he knew as much about North American culture as we did! The location was perfect, particularly for people new to the vibrancy and bustle of Naples. The hotel itself is charming, tucked away just a little off the bustle of the city, but step out of the courtyard and you are on the street and in the middle of wonderful, crazy, Napoli.

And, their smart TV was ACTUALLY connected to the internet! There were lots of choices on the breakfast buffet, including fresh whole fruits, juices, cheese, boiled eggs, coffee machine, your typical Italian cold cuts and a variety of cakes (like tortano Napoletano). The generous hosts let you help yourself to San Benedetto water, which was hugely remarkable for summer anywhere in southern Italy!
