Due to an early flight and need to return a rental car, we left Sorrento early and booked a room here because it is very close to the airport and the car rental return. The hotel looks shabby from the outside, which mad us nervous, but the inside was very clean and updated and actually better than the hotel we stayed at in Rome. There is also a nice restaurant/bar area attached. Very close to the airport. The girl at the front desk (Cinthia?) was the most helpful person we met in our 2 weeks in Italy, answered all our questions cheerfully and was so helpful. She arranged for a taxi to come at 4am to pick us up (could have walked but we had a lot of luggage).

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Hotel Fiorentina 3.7 km from Capodimonte Astronomical Observatory. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. Basic room but very clean in historic building. This I think is a family business and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Also multi lingual and tolerant of my attempts at speaking Italian. Very understanding when I caused the shower to overflow. The pizzeria next door did totally amazing pizzas!

The whole apartment was very clean, bedroom is with AC. We ate delicious Italian breakfast. Hosts welcomed us with cooled water and liquor - it was very hot. They answered our every question via WhatsApp and even offered to call taxi for us cause there was a strike of public communication workers. Their hospitality exceeded our expectations. I can truly recommend it if you need b&b close to the airport. "visiting your family experience" 101/10
