The staff saved our vacation. I found this hotel at the last minute because the place I booked earlier turned out to be a disaster for me. I told everything to this hotel and they helped me check in earlier. They found an amazing room. They took care of everything. They literally saved our vacation. If it is possible to give a hotel 1000 out of 10, this is it. Additionally - super comfortable location, great breakfast and a nice price.

This 5-star boutique hotel is located in Milan's historic centre, an 8-minute walk from Piazza San Babila and the fashion area of Via Montenapoleone. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, and to make my birthday stay even more memorable, the general manager personally sent me a heartwarming letter accompanied by a delightful assortment of chocolates and a bottle of prosecco.

Located in the renowned Brera district in Milan, Urban Hive Milano is 15 minutes' walk from Milan Cathedral. The design of this boutique hotel is superb. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Recommend having breakfast at the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful for every request, Atousa, Luis, Rosa, Julia and everyone else were great. Great location in the Brera area that was very good with great restaurants within walking distance.

It is a nice boutique hotel in a historical building in the heart of the city. It is not luxurious, but very comfortable, quiet and pleasant. The rooms are designed with taste, the bed was really comfortable. The staff was polite and non-intrusive. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

The staff are genuinely friendly and caring. They even packed breakfast to go when we had to leave before 7 am. The artwork and interiors decor are sophisticated/modern. Very clean hotel.
