Regina Isabella-Resort Spa Restaurant is on the site of ancient Greek-Roman ruins, directly on the seashore in Ischia's Lacco Ameno. Salt pool was amazing to lounge around Hotel was walking distance to great places like Mezzatore for dinner Breakfast was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel in Italy or Europe TBH Hotel had a wide range of pool options and was a beautiful sea scenic view Huge property so it felt like you were in a private estate with very little people to bother you Picked up from the port in a Tesla - 1 of the only 2 on the island Evening staff were by far the most helpful in giving us strong local options to truly experience our time. Set in Lacco Ameno, a few steps from the beach, Villa Angelica has a great location on Ischia's north coast. It features a partially covered thermal swimming pool with a hydromassage area. Absolutely lovely stay! Dreamy location 2 minutes of walk to the Lacco Ameno center. Calm and relaxing place, vintage family hotel with tropical garden and thermal pool. Everything you need to relax. The best thing about Hotel Villa Angelica? The owners family! They were simply amazing! Friendly chat everytime you meet them, they are so kind and helpful. They give you a perfect recommendation, whether it's a place to visit or a restaurant with the best pizza. We came as guests and left as friends! In addition - beautiful green island of Ischia, where you can reach all interesting places by foot or a bus from Lacco Ameno. Definitely need to come back again one day.

San Montano Resort & SPA features a natural sauna,11 out-door thermal pools, an in-door pool, a wellness centre, gyms, a garden and free WiFi. EVERYTHING! Such an exceptional hospitality, professional and super friendly staff. We stayed during end of season so there were not a lot of people in the hotel. It felt very private. The pools were relaaaxing, tried them all:) The room and all territory were super clean. Amazing breakfast , such a good variety of hot meals which they prepare for you freshly. A lot of desserts, meats, fruits, drinks, Prosecco.. Highly recommend if you wish for an amazing time to relax!

Hotel Terme Principe is set 210 metres from Lacco Ameno’s beach. It boasts of 2 swimming pools, a spacious garden, and a wellness centre. Location very close to Lacco Ameno - very convenient for the beach but not noisy. Very close to a bus stop. The breakfasts were plentiful and the night I dined with them was a lovely meal.

Near the peaceful pedestrian area and just a few steps away from the beach, Albergo Terme Villa Svizzera offers a fully equipped wellness centre and thermal baths on Ischia Island. Clean, friendly and very accommodating. They let us to enjoy their facility after check out for few hours before fetching ferry out. Highly recommend to give them a try.

Just a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach, Albergo La Reginella offers a host of wellness and sports facilities. A wonderful hotel! A little outdated, but it gives it a charm! The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable! The pools are great. Thank you Italy, you are beautiful!

Boasting a large hot tub and a panoramic rooftop terrace, Hotel Terme Marina is on Lacco Ameno's seafront. It has its own private beach and guest benefit from 1 parasols and 2 sun loungers. I cannot describe how wonderful this hotel is, beautiful in everyway, the best part being its not a Hilton! It's very Italian, run by Italians. The style is perfect and couldn't have been nicer. We were very lucky to have a room with balcony overlooking the sea and private beach. There was nothing else we could have expected. Lovely beach side restaurant, food was good, although we aren't the type of people who moan if its not Michelin 5 star.

Hotel Terme Don Pepe offers an outdoor pool and spa facilities on the island of Ischia. The hotel is just 200 metres from the beach and Lacco Ameno marina. The staff was super friendly and always available to offer helpful suggestions about public transport, beaches and main attractions. The thermal center was extremely relaxing and well equipped.
