Situated in Florence and with San Marco Church in Florence reachable within less than 1 km, 3110 ArtHotel features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a terrace, free WiFi throughout the property... We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Upon arrival, Andrea was very friendly and escorted us to our room, and gave us excellent tips on where to eat and how to better manage our visit. Before we left he also held our luggage and called us a taxi. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean (nice hairdryer!). The street was relatively quiet and the drapes where very good at blocking sunlight. The breakfast was fair. You have to walk a little more to reach the Duomo, but frankly, the walk was great to clear the head after some fine italian wine. It is close, but be prepared to walk a bit. This allows you to be further from the confusion and people noise. Great water pressure. The value of this hotel was great, and I would certainly stay again in another trip to Florence: clean, quiet, no issues at all. It was just a shame it was raining a bit and we could not enjoy the balcony in the breakfast room.
