Everything went super well in a clean and top of the notch apartment. Host is a very arranging and very kind person. This was facilitating our stay which was for business purposes. Each of us (two colleagues) has his proper room. We had the possibility to cook in a very clean and well equipped kitchen.

Ideally situated in the Savena district of Bologna, ROOM AND BREAKFAST SAN RAFEL is situated 5.5 km from Santo Stefano Church, 5.6 km from Santa Maria della Vita and 5.6 km from Archiginnasio di... Everything was perfect! Nice, big, clean room, very quiet place. 20 mins by bus from the city center, bus station is right next to the house. The owner was very kind and helpful, we strongly recommend it!

Beautiful small condo on ground floor in a quiet residential neighborhood. Very good parking availability on street. The place was beautifully prepared upon our arrival, including the sofa bed all made up and towel sets for all 3 of us. The beds were comfortable. The condo is super secure!! The front door is Fort Knox worthy…no one is coming through this high tech door with multiple deadbolts on every side…truly impressive! I want one of these doors! The windows are also secure & up high, with automatic closure by wall switches and good blinds. The kitchen was adequately outfitted with dishes and pans, sadly no microwave.
