I wasn’t sure what to expect but it worked very much like a small hotel, I was greeted by the concierge at the front and they helped to arrange airport transport, give recommendations and make restaurant reservations for us. The service was more personal than I am used to, in that we were able to communicate via WhatsApp to make these arrangements while I was out seeing sights and being a tourist. It was super convenient and friendly! My mom said this was her favorite place that we stayed in Italy, and I 100% agree! Serena, in particular, helped us out a ton and was super welcoming. We loved all her dining recommendations and she was kind enough to follow up with us after we left! I loved Bologna and have much more to explore there, and I’m looking forward to returning to the place for another stay! I definitely recommend, especially to travelers who are creative or artistic and looking for a comfortable, low key place to stay while in Bologna.
