Set in the Borgo Panigale district, Villa Aretusi once belonged to Cesare Aretusi, late-Renaissance painter from Bologna. The city center and Guglielmo Marconi Airport are 10 minutes' drive away. You would never know this was not in the country. Beautiful but very old place that belonged to a painter 400 years ago. Expect old and you are ok! Restaurant was amazing and they had 2 to choose from. Staff was great! Prettiest bird song we’ve ever heard.

I liked how the hotel has been equipped and furnished. It was also clean and comfortable. Hotel is located next to Ducatti museum and factory and Bologna City Center is reachable with one bus.

The hotel was very modern, stylish and clean. Room was huge, bathroom was nice, and bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was generous and had great variety. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s close to airport, and at certain time it has scheduled airport shuttle - you don’t need to book it ahead, but you have to pay a close look at the timetable - it’s only early morning-late evening. A hotel room has nice noise isolation, air conditioning, bathroom is nice and comfortable - we were lucky with a bathtub. The bed was comfortable too. The stuff is nice and helpful.
