The arrangement and furnishing of the room made it our ideal hotel room, comfortable yet compact and with space for what we needed. The room had a big window with green tree branches outside and lots of nice daylight. We enjoyed that we could sense the street life below. Also the location was great on a lovely and busy corner in the green Koregaon Park district. The adjacent vegetarian restaurant had nice food in big portions and was a nice alternative for going out. We want to come back!

The owner over phone was very courteous. The Staff are really helpful & professional. In most of the budget hotels staff are rude & very inquisitive...... unlike here. Rooms are good at this modest price...all rooms AC. Overall, A MUST VISIT.
