The staff are very cordial and friendly, specially Reception manager Shreya, dining room staff Ramden, Nevin. Ramden from Sikkim is the one you like to see in dining, quick and responsive. I liked the way the chef himself came to each table and enquired about food. Room makeup people are instantly available. Very nice experience.
