The bed was so comfortable , the staff in buffet area was excellent and the staff in reception area are very accomodating specially Inderpreet,kiran, Abhishek and prasoon they made a good arrangement with my need and purpose of travel surely I'll be back.

The recently refurbished Shangri-La Eros New Delhi offers 5 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool. India Gate is 2.5 km and Jantar Mantar is 1.3 km away. After a long day of travel, I was very frustrated by some issue at reception, and then with my bathroom. As soon as I calmly communicated my concerns to Subhdra, Santoshi and Kiran I was met with total empathy and understanding. My three night stay was full of smiles and warm welcomes. The streets of Delhi are challenging and chaotic, but the moment you are within range of The Park Hotel, the embracing sense of security is palpable and most welcome. My room was luxurious and clean, and the service staff have an eye for detail that truly merits its five star status. 100% recommend. Also, the delicious included breakfast helps you leap out of the comfortable bed in the mornings!
