El Ratan Vilas es una maravilla arquitectónica construida en 1920 y cuenta con una pileta al aire libre y un restaurante que sirve especialidades indias y continentales. This is one of the best, if not the best, hotel I have stayed in so far in India. The rooms are fantastic; the genuinely antique furniture is gorgeous and made the room feel very unique. It was also particularly spacious, which made for a lovely place to go and relax in. The hotel grounds are stunning; beautiful flowers and gardens, attractive architecture that is tastefully lit up at night and again, really unusual furniture. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the pool delightful and the breakfast exceptional in terms of quality, quantity and variety.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Sun City hotel. The rooms are large, airy, well equipped and extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic, away from the hurly burly of the Old City yet close to the main attractions. There are shops and restaurants close by and it's handy for all transport links. The owner and staff are really friendly and helpful, offering great advice on what to see and how to get there. It's a very relaxing place to stay with a lovely chillout garden and a rooftop area with views of the Fort and the Umaid Bhawan Palace. This has been one of my favourite stays in India, I can not recommend it highly enough.

The location is very good, less than a KM from Jodhpur junction. You can easily get ola/uber/normal rickshaw from here. They upgraded my room when we reached the property. It was big and clean. Their staff is very friendly and they have elevator as well (I had senior citizens with me). Their roof top restaurant is beautiful and they also give dine in room facility. The food (separate bill) is very tasty. They have a separate room for breakfast and it had multiple options and all were tasty. They also prepared fresh tea (I wanted sugar free as my mom is diabetic) and staff was courteous and ready to help more. The hotel location makes it quite safe to travel even during late evening or early morning. I strongly recommend this place.
