This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean and safe space to relax when exploring Jaipur. The manager of the hotel is a wonderful super kind and really sweet lady who makes you feel as though you are entering her home and cannot do enough for you. She even packed us up a packed lunch without us asking for it which was really helpful when you’re travelling with a young child and are being cautious about where you’re eating from! She even did our laundry and refused any payment and packed us a packed breakfast for our last day when we were leaving really early. She was also really helpful in booking taxis for us for the day with reliable drivers at a good price. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, the rooftop is a great space to be able to see the sunsetting or relax by the small swimming pool. The hotel is in a great area that feels safe and is close to two great places to eat and a couple of supermarkets for grabbing essentials. I’d highly recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Where to start about this Incredible property. Probably my favorite hotel stay in my life of 56 years, anywhere in the world. I absolutely love that this is a Heritage hotel and that the Diggi family has offered to share part of their world (in the form of their royal residential palace) with travelers like me. From my arrival through the first gate of the property, I felt like I stepped back in time to Old India of the 19th century. The architecture, gates, vast gardens, lawns and shady trees (like an oasis hidden from the bustle of the city) beautiful courtyards, chirping birds and strutting peacocks, ornate doorways, some fading facades others brightly painted, and shady verandas with lounging chairs all contribute to a sense of history and authenticness that you do not get with a Hyatt or Marriott. If you want that then go to Las Vegas. This place is special. The Diggi might not have an elevator and it might be old but for me that is the charm. Aakash at the front desk was wonderful in welcoming me and then helping me arrange my uber for departure. They provided a wonderful laundry service for a cheap price. The location was perfect for me as it is close enough to the old city that I walked to and from yet far enough (and at the end of a small street) that is a refuge from the crazy, noisy streets of Jaipur. Breakfast was good, rather basic but still offering several Indian dishes, egg/omelets, fruits, breads, baked beans (I loved) and cereals. Great coffee served to me in a French Press at my outdoor table on the edge of the gardens. Staff at breakfast were very attentive. I didn't use the pool as it was closed for maintenance but I checked it out and is a beautiful setting. The attached restaurant, Labrassa, was awesome. I ate there 2 evenings-loved it. Great ambiance in an outdoor setting amongst large, shady trees with romantic lights strung everywhere, and great music. And don't forget the beer and wine offerings.

I literally had the best of my time in the hotel .Host and his wife make us feel like family which was alluring , loved this.i would recommend it to everyone.The rooms are good and sanitised.The view from the room was good !

Special mention for the chef who went out of the way to please the guests with delicious food. My kids loved the meals which were non spicy and non oily but very delicious. Also the hotel staff were very sweet and attentive.
