First of all I thank the management of the Trident Hotel (Cochin) for the hospitality and for the room upgrade. I am not surprised by their polite behavior. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. The style of all the staff, without exception, is sophisticated. The reception and the restaurant staff. In all honesty, I do not find any negative point about them ,I wish them further prosperity and more development , 2nd If you are looking for relaxation, comfort and tranquility, the hotel is suitable will be 4 you, note that they make a lot of Intercontinental meals, and while check in they r asking if you have any allergies to any type of food best regards to all of them

Casino Hotel se nachází 6 km od Ernakulamu a 10 minut jízdy trajektem od pevnosti Cochin a Mattancherry. Nabízí venkovní bazén, 4 restaurace a ajurvédské masáže. Wi-Fi je dostupné zdarma. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Everything was exceptional and aesthetic when it comes to Taj thanks to the team led by Sunil everything was just beautiful... the location is perfect, food on the other hand is fantastic. Hoping to visit again soon .
