I really like this hotel, our stay was wonderful here, it's very new and clean hotel. Our room view is very green and lots of birds is around. We have special feelings about birds sound every day morning. everything is very will organise. They did not say no for any of our request, even if they don't have the service they try to arrange somehow.

The location and boutique service was top notch right from entering the property they treated and looked after you like a family member. I would like to give a special mention to Angel, Sneha, Guest manager Bhatt ( sorry if I got the name wrong), Samarth who organised our beds always left an exquisite artiste touch woth his origami by making different animals with towels which our kids really loved. I also wanted to give a special mention to the gentleman from Kottayam who checked us in along with Shija* apologies if got the name wrong) who checked us out also waited for us until we got into the car to depart. I would definitely stay here again compared to any other Marriot I Kochi. They do have attention to detail and they ate quick to respond and always do ask for any suggestions for improvement. Thry even went yo lengths to pack separate food for my kids from the buffet because they are laye breakfast eaters. The team at Artiste are a dream team. Every management should have such a team. Thank you Team Artiste for looking after us like a family member. We all will definitely be coming back

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is very well maintained. The location is excellent. The staffs were courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. We will definitely come again.

The manager was very nice and helped us beyond expectations. Due to a problem on the road we arrived in the middle of the night and he took care of water for us, in the morning for laundry and also extra time in the room to get ready for the next bus

The restaurant has good quality food and room service is a bargain. Overall, this hotel is great value for money, The location is a bit too bustling for us but we just stay in the rooms mostly anyway since almost everything we want can be gotten from here. Highly recommended.

I like all South Indian food. Very new taste for me. This is my first time in Kochi. Very safe place for solo traveller. Hotel is very nice ,safe and clean. Room is very clean and same like in pictures. Staffs are very polite and helpful.
