Located in the famous shopping area of Pondy Bazaar, Grand Chennai by GRT is located in Chennai. It features an indoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness centre and a fitness centre. I simply loved the quick response by ALL staff to my needs. Also, the cleanliness of the common toilet at breakfast area was superbly clean. My room was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well on my comfortable bed. My family loved the external decorations at every level. The staff at the entrance to the hotel never failed to greet us with their friendly "Vanakkam" and checking on our well-being. Excellent. I also want to thank Mr Hari Prasad and Mr Jey for allowing my early check-in though the hotel had full occupancy. I checked in at about 6am. I made a request for early check-in at that moment with a doubt. But fortunately, I got my room on the highest floor which was my request too. Thanks to both the gentlemen.

This Chennai hotel comes with an outdoor pool, a fitness room and pampering spa treatments. Providing free Wi-Fi, it is a short 2-minute walk from Globus Shopping Mall. The food at the restuarant was absolutely delicious, the staff were really amazing, always assisting us and making us feel comfortable. The robot was so good in the restuarant. The rooms were technologically smart.
