The service was amazing . The front office manager Mr. Nelson Paul was the show topper at the hotel. A humble gentleman who is always keeping an eye on the guests needs and requirements to make the stay pleasant . The staff is with all smiles always. From door man Phillip to front desk Ahamed. The food was delicious. The varieties were splendid with a truly aunthentic indian variations with international buffet. We enjoyed well and hope to be back again. Season 4 Residences - Nungambakkam Near US consulate, Apollo Hospital, Shankar Nethralaya is situated in Chennai, within 300m of US Embassy 700m from US Biometric center, 2 km of Shankar Nethralaya... The staff was very friendly and took great care of us. They went out of their way to accommodate our special requests. The hotel was very neat and clean. The location was very convenient, close to the railway station as well as the US embassy that I was in town to visit.
