The receptionist was really kind and the people were very helping and showed good hospitality. All rooms were squeaky clean and water supply was full time with both hot and cold water and all modern type of bathroom arrangment. Even when there was heavy rain didn't feel anything and the power also came back. And there is 24hr wifi. Really worth every penny.

Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road is located in the city centre near Anna Salai. The hotel is 10-min drive from T Nagar. Staff were helpful. They arrange airport drop off with an hotel car because taxi was not big enough to fit our suitcases.

Located in the famous shopping area of Pondy Bazaar, Grand Chennai by GRT is located in Chennai. It features an indoor swimming pool, a spa and wellness centre and a fitness centre. I simply loved the quick response by ALL staff to my needs. Also, the cleanliness of the common toilet at breakfast area was superbly clean. My room was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well on my comfortable bed. My family loved the external decorations at every level. The staff at the entrance to the hotel never failed to greet us with their friendly "Vanakkam" and checking on our well-being. Excellent. I also want to thank Mr Hari Prasad and Mr Jey for allowing my early check-in though the hotel had full occupancy. I checked in at about 6am. I made a request for early check-in at that moment with a doubt. But fortunately, I got my room on the highest floor which was my request too. Thanks to both the gentlemen.
