Situated 5.1 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport and overlooking the Arabian Sea Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach is a beach front property. It was such a pleasant stay with Novatel. starting from the airport pick up with a comfortable car with a safe & friendly driver the hotel arranged. The Staff at the Reception, Concierge and house keeping are excellent. Specially Rumi who has been very attentive and Suyu who did our check-in, Oldwin & Dego at the concierge who are super friendly and supportive. Helped us with booking a vehicle for City Tour to finding shopping places. House keeping staff (Asst Manager Subash) are very good and helpful and checked many times if we need anything done in the room and gave extra coffee/milk. The Indian Food we ordered to the room were really good (mutton Buriyani). Overall it was a pleasant 2 nights stay in Mumbai.

It was lovely to stay with The Hotel Citizen Juhu. This hotel is located in one of Mumbai finest Beach called Juhu beach Mumbai. I really like the hospitality of this place welcoming all the time. Price wise a little bit high but it's ok because of the location.

Breakfast is really great fresh made foods, Best Dosa on the Beach. I like the property the ppl who make the stay are lovely and so nice! Go out and go for a walk left right or straight up the road you have 3 different vibes on the streets!

My trip was broken in to 2 parts of 4 nights each.....in between I had a short trip elsewhere. Both times the stay was amazing. Can't thank the staff enough...from reception, to the restaurant, to the bell boys, housekeeping, in-room service and the Duty manager at different times. Since we were there so many days we did end up using all the services and each time were met with graciousness and promptness. They accommodated all my requests, answered my questions/concerns. Felt like I was with my family. Truly. The restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was part of my package and it was a good decision to do that. Really tasty food and service. Few times We also had snacks during the day and had buffet dinner twice. Once again...all amazing. Laundry service was great and meticulous. Housekeeping kept track of my "private times" and cleaned the room accordingly. Never a bother. Help with luggage was always and easily available. Will definitely go back to the Ramada. Loved the location on the beach....walked there everyday...So all about this Venue is excellent....Location, service, food, etc. We used the spa for pedicure and manicure on our last day and loved it....did a great job! thanks. They were very good and prompt in their communication even before my trip started. All the front desk staff knew about my reservation and its nuances. I must mention that I loved the fact that during the stay they communicated with me via WhatsApp and I had immediate access to the Duty Manager. They kept track of my return times and enquired about it well in advance. Who does that nowadays. Very Impressive. Thanks to all at the RAMADA PLAZA BY WYNDHAM PALM GROVE.

Just 200 metres from famous Juhu Beach, Hotel Bawa Continental overlooks scenic waters of the Arabian Sea. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a flat-screen TV and in-room massage services. The location was great, the room was very practical and very clean. I was impressed by the quality of the furniture, the cleanliness and the location. The staff was very nice and understanding. I had to shorten my stay for personal reasons and they were very understanding. I highly recommand for the value/ price.
