The food at Neo Kitchen was consistently high-quality and provided a huge amount of variety. The staff at the Executive Lounge were also excellent.

Overall, the staff are very nice and helpful. The reception executive Miss Lonrin, helped us check in very quickly and gave us a good room. She also continued to call for a safe and comfortable stay. I am continuously followed by the hotel staff & the ambassadors Miss Pritisha she continuously following safe comfort for stay and really appreciate all the lobby housekeeping staff.
