There is a pub on top of the hotel which gets very noisy at night so its difficult to sleep. Had booked this property for 2 families however on the day of booking I was informed it was over booked and they don't have room for 1 family. Pathetic service by Oyo.

In fab hotels we don't even have a direct contact to hotels to inform at what time we are arriving or to lead a message, If hotels are providing room for others who are directly walking in then why this fab and booking.com apps or website drama ? One more question if they pay money then what you guys think are we paying news paper slips? Even we pay the same amount of money , fab hotels don't have customer care number, hotel boy said he don't care ,wtf
