Hotell i SG Highway (Ahmedabad)

Set in Ahmedabad, 7.9 km from IIM, Hotel Milan features air-conditioned rooms and a terrace. The hotel rooms were very clean beds were super comfortable and had hot showers. The hotel staff were suuuper lovely and tried their best to make us comfortable as western tourists. Especially the kindness from Manzur who gave my friend with a cold some cold and flu tablets, organised poha for us for breakfast, answered my countless WhatsApp messages quickly and patiently and offered us a new room when we wanted one with better wifi connection. The location was very local and there was some construction going on which added to the experience. The chai walla downstairs was kind and made great chai. Main tourist spots are about a 15-25min drive away with very cheap and reliable Ubers available. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a budget hotel with HIGH STANDARDS.
