The hostess created the first impression dressed in ethnic and contagious smile, welcomed me like a family member and the entire F&B staff. I have always seen immaculate and crisply dressed in classic crisp white kurtas. Away from home, I felt like I was with an extended family who had just the same core values as my family but in a hotel. Everyone was very caring and friendly. The food was on point. I had extended my compliments to the chef for the best tawa rotis and parathas. The decor was very creative and the buffet was also so colourful...The chefs know the art of cooking and importance of authenticity. Their passion was seen on the plate. Housekeeping department ensures that everything that can shine will shine, spotless and perfectly folded linen and marshmallow-like bedding, not even a single wrinkle noticed till date. Reception staff are always so friendly and accomodating.
