Located in Surabaya, 11 km from Pasar Turi Train Station Surabaya, Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness... Staff and facilities were top notch. We were upgraded and when a small issue presented itself we were upgraded again. they were terrific. Highly recommend the hotel.

The host was amazing and incredibly helpful from getting my girlfriend the keys, showing her around the building, showing her where to get food, taking her to stores to find gifts, helping her with taxies, helping with getting a sim card, and so much more! He went out of his way to accommodate everything you could possibly need or want and helped make the trip as smooth and fun as humanly possible. Bonus round he hand wrote a message i wrote him to leave in the room on my gf's arrival for me with a flower, messaged me to let me know she arrived, set up the rides back and forth to the airport, and at the end of the trip when she forgot her flight pillow in the room, he sent it in a taxi to the airport to make sure she had it before her flight. with that said, the host alone was well worth the price, the room is awesome to top it all off and clean! I have nothing but good thoughts and experiences for this location and host.

Spacious apartment, very convenient location (2mins walk to the shopping centre and few minutes drive to nearby hospital), apartment condition is as described. The apartment is very clean, we like the rain shower head with strong water pressure hot and cold, complete hotel like amenities, complimentary little snacks, water and coffee tea is a nice touch, we really like the area and easy to go down the mall to get anything we need. Everything is neat and organized. Communication with owner is smooth and easy from the start to finish.
