The hotel is next to Plaza Tunjungan, so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent - great selection. Extremely welcoming staff. The swimming pool was very nice, good for individual swimming early morning and for families later in the day.

There was a girl behind the reception at night (don't now here name unfortunately) and the security man helpt me a lot with my travel plans (booking a bus ticket and arrange a private driver) And the location is great!
