The hotel was beautiful, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very hospitable and friendly, they accommodated all our needs promptly. We dealt with a man named Eka who made sure we were comfortable and happy with everything and was a great help. The hotel breakfast was delicious, the menu has a wide variety of foods all of which were tasty. We were very happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back!

The Laguna, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali ligt aan een wit zandstrand en heeft 7 grote lagunezwembaden en prachtig uitzicht op de Indische Oceaan. Beautiful property, peaceful and clean. Staff were so friendly, always had a smile on their faces and couldn’t do enough for you. Food is more pricey than the usual Bali prices I was used to in Ubud but so tasty and worth every penny! Lots of pools which were well maintained and clean. By all the pools there’s a table with buzzer so you can call waiter to your table and order. At midday they usually pop round with a complimentary ice lolly which is kind of them. We did the Balinese hat making activity which was fun. The room we booked was a standard king bed room. It was lovely and it had speakers so we could plug in our phones and listen to. You can walk on to the beach from the hotel and this beach was peaceful and calm and nice. Nicest hotel we stayed in in Bali.
