All of them were very supportive. The hotel was clean and well managed. It has a nice pool. It was little far from Kuta beach, but they offered us free shuttle service to Kuta beach.

She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When there was an issue with our room, she proactively changed it without us even having to ask—an incredible display of professionalism and care. The food, atmosphere, and overall service at Ramada were excellent, making our two-day stay truly enjoyable. Ayu’s hospitality stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and efficiency. Highly recommended!
