The first thing I experienced was a super smooth check-in process, extremely friendly, polite, and helpful staff, I mean, they seemed like genuinely interested in taking care of you. Super quick service be it when you ask for additional bottles of water or a cutlery and plates in the middle of the night. The pool was always clean. I originally booked only for 2 days but extended it for another 2 more days and made it my base for most of the trip. I would highly recommend this place. There is a mall within 800 meters which offers a quite a few food options and there are street food options on the way too. Also the Alfamart/Indomart is next door for any groceries or essentials. The hotel guys arranged for a scooter too , so yeah pretty much took care of everything. It's so funny, they never asked for a review/rating.. makes me want to give them a good rating even more. The hotel guys, if you are reading this -- you are doing an amazing work.. keep it up!

Located 1 km from Garuda Wisnu Kencana, Best Western Kamala Jimbaran offers accommodation with a number of modern amenities. Staff was extremely helpful - when we were drinking wine and needed wine cooler and ice they provided them free of charge. They also let us keep our luggage for free for a week after checkout when we decided to travel to islands with light luggage. Hotel & facilities are great and superb value for money. Room was luxurious, beds were very comfortable.

Argya Santi Jimbaran welcomes guests in Bali with an outdoor pool, a restaurant and a bar. Such a relaxing place. Maybe a little bit far from the main road but nothing to worry. We loved it. :)

The best staff I have ever come across on my travels. So helpful and so friendly! Really peaceful hotel, good facilities and well maintained. Located a 10-minute drive from the famed Rock Bar, The Sintesa Jimbaran Bali offers accommodation featuring semi-indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children's playground. The staff was so nice and they remembered me and my fiancé! The staff always addressed us by name and were always so helpful. I was honestly sad at the end of my stay as I knew I would never experience hospitality like that again until my next stay. All facilities were amazing.
