Nice pool, room was clean, and really good breakfast. Staff are so friendly and quick to respond. We had a minor issue in the bathroom and the technician came within 5 minutes to fix it. Very well recommended.

Even the workers in the higher class hotels / much more expensive hotels aren’t as nice as the workers in this hotel 🤍🤍🤍🤍 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼. The room service also top notch, too nice. They gave me clothes hanger (gantungan handuk/baju) and they hang my clothes there so my clothes could dry, even though I didn't ask them to do that, thank you so much 😊 🙏 you guys are very awesome. One they I put ansign that I don’t need them to clean up my room but in the evening they asked me if I need them to clean up my room. The only thing that they need to upgrade is the “WIFI” in the room. The wifi couldn’t work at all, only work at n restaurant.
