New, clean and there is little outside noise. Well equiped kitchen. Pool beautiful. We tried massage offering. Great. We tried icebath and sauna (for free). Great. The common area is really nice and beautiful. You can play pool and relax or have a free cup of Nespresso coffee. Breakfast across the street (included) was perfect. Good selection. High quality and very tasteful.
