The staff especially in the dining room. Hann makes the PERFECT coffee, Febi, Ayu Surya, Ari, Roomah all exceptional service. Breakfast is something to die for - they have great selection of hot and cold dishes topped with fruits, yogurts, cereals, nuts and salads. Eka in reception and Eka bartender are lovely so is Ben making cocktails in the infinity pool. Overall pleasurable stay and would defo return.

Friendly staff who were really helpful and shared lots of information both at the start of the stay and checked in throughout. The pool are is lovely - small pool with bean bags to relax on. Location is really good walking distance from a number of great eateries, coffee shops and bars and not far from beach and huge beach clubs if that’s your thing. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Excellent pool and inclusive breakfast too, will definitely come again if in Canggu.

Hotel Tugu Bali, part of Tugu Hotels & Restaurants, is designed to recount to the world the most romantic tales, folklores, and legends of Indonesia. Probably the most interesting hotel I’ve been to, in terms of its architecture, design and decor. The hotel staff were the most professional and nicest I’ve encounter in my several weeks travel in Bali and Indonesia. The room had almost everything you need (amazing bathtub!), and we could have easily stayed longer if we could. The traditional show each Thursday evening shouldn’t be missed. There are also Yoga classes, a tour around and Spa which we didn’t have the chance to try but looked good.

Set in of Bali's popular district, 700 metres from Echo Beach, Aston Canggu Beach Resort boasts stylish and modern accommodation that greets you with great hospitality. A special thank you to Chef Gede, Reechie and the security guard for their great help at the police station helping to report my stolen phone. The gentlemen made sure to accompany me all the time while at the station and relentlessly kept trying all means until I was able to retrieve it back. The staff at the hotel are phenomenal! Will definitely stay there again.
