Palms Canggu sijaitsee Canggussa 1,5 km:n päässä Batu Bolong Beachiltä ja Echo Beachiltä. Paikan päällä on baari, puutarha ja maksuton WiFi. Kaikki meni todella hyvin! Henkilökunta oli ihanaa ja avuliasta, paikat oli mielestäni siistit ja hyvässä kunnossa. Suihku oli todella hyvä! Majapaikka myös hieman sivussa, joten isomman tien äänet eivät häiritse.

It is very rare that a property can exceed one's expectations! - Staff: So helpful and kind - from the cleaning staff to the receptionists; if ever there was an issue, they would immediately offer solutions and deliver. Bayu and Sadie immediately come to mind, with the former helping us find the perfect room and the latter creating such sweet and funny towel art in our room! - Food: Impeccable. Breakfast was high quality and highly varied - it would be the highlight of our morning. Food quality was equally as high in the rooftop bar and in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner. There was even a two for one offer in the main restaurant, making it quite value. - Interior design and rooms: Beautiful wood and paintings all across the hotel and rooms. You can get either a sea view, a 'jungle' view or a courtyard view in terms of rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were always impeccably clean and fresh (as soon as we returned from breakfast Sadie had already tidied the room!) - Location: Well situated - 5-7 minute walk to the beach. The infinity pool on top also provided an excellent view of the surroundings and beach.

We loved the staff, the room was cleaned everyday, we had the ability to use the kitchen but the restaurant had great food as well. The pool was also very nice and clean, and the view from the room is so pretty. I have only good words for this place!

Oli saanut niin hyvät arvostelut, että mietimme, ovatkohan ne aitoja, mutta hotelli oli juuri niin hyvä kuin aikaisemmat arvostelut antoivat ymmärtää.

The room, cleanliness, location, staff. We stayed here at the beginning and end of the trip and it was really one of the best and the most affordable place we stayed at. Highly recommend

Hotel Tugu Bali, part of Tugu Hotels & Restaurants, is designed to recount to the world the most romantic tales, folklores, and legends of Indonesia. The hotel is like walking into an art museum, the gardens and pool beautiful and the garden villas amazing. The reservation desk staff are exceptional, I needed to change the booking and they made every effort to accommodate our changes. Highly recommend

Ons beste verblijf op Bali so far ! It was amazing. The service was so personal the owner came to check with us every now and then. They gave us a free upgrade because we are traveling with a baby and they even bought a brand new baby bed for our son!
