It was super clean, we had everything and the staff was so nice to our little boy that was for me the most important of our whole experience, we said one time his name and the whole staff knew him. This is A+ service also the extra questions if we needed something or think how to make our stay more pleasant. The massage service in this hotel is excellent. Also the food is excellent even in the morning there is sate! This is the best hotel where we stayed in whole indonesia, It's the first time we didn't want to leave the place. We can walk to Jalan Braga which is famous street of travelers. And we stayed triple room because we have 9years old boy. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing. Various types of menu and very tidy and clean. Egg station and noodle station was also excellent. Great experience, will definitely come back when we are back to bandung!

Everyone from the desk checking in, starting from Ms.Arini she is very helpful, she gives a 110% customer service and housekeeping is making sure that our room is clean everyday and very tidy and they provided us all items we need in the room , towels and hand towels ,Mr. Winato and Mr. Gunawan from security are very attentive and professional.From the dining room, Mr.Inan and Mr. Mulus we’re very generous offering us great service and the ladies checking us in the dining room we’re very gracious and all staff member were so courteous. I will highly recommend this wonderful hotel. It should be rated 5 star instead of 4.!!!
