Situated in Budapest, halfway between the city centre and Liszt Ferenc International Airport, Chesscom Guesthouse provides accommodation with a 24-hour front desk. Only stayed one night as my flight was postponed and I didn’t want to spend the night at the airport. It is about 20 minutes with 200E bus from the airport, right across the street from Kőbánya-Kispest metro station. I stayed in the small single room, it was tiny room in the guesthouse, but it had enough space for one person and included all the necessary facilities, including an AC that was turned on at a comfortable temperature for my arrival, a TV, a mini fridge and a kettle. It also was perfectly clean, cleaner than some rooms I’ve had in top hotels. I will make sure I return for a longer stay when in Budapest.
