You come here and 100% rest with body and soul. Beautiful garden with lots of shade, space and numerous succulents and trees. It's specious and with fresh aroma of pine trees. Definitely tranquil, without any loud music from beach bars or restaurants. Only birds and crickets. Authentic furniture, everything made and decorated with love and so much soul. Very nice and friendly owner. Location is perfect. It's 3-5 minutes walk to a beautiful city beach ( straight down to the see and there it is on your right side). 5 minutes walk to a store ( Tomy) or to the bus stop that goes to Trogir. You can also take a boat to Trogir or Split. It's also not more than 5 minutes walk to marina. We absolutely loved the place.

Everything was nice and neat, the second(pink) bathroom was renovated and is much nicer. The place is functional and there’s plenty of space. The balcony is amazing. The market and beach are both very close.
