Cu o locație ideală în centrul orașului Split, Heritage hotel Santa Lucia pune la dispoziție camere cu aer condiționat, o grădină, WiFi gratuit și un lounge comun. Am stat 9 nopți la începutul lunii noiembrie, la temperaturi între 10-20 de grade. Am primit un upgrade de cameră. Foarte curat, se schimbau prosoapele în fiecare zi, lenjeria a fost schimbată de 2 ori în acest timp. Micul dejun a fost excelent, foarte bogat (erau până și prăjituri). Cei de la recepție, foarte săritori. Și locația a fost nemaipomenita, iar camera avea terasă interioară . Mi-a plăcut foarte mult, as reveni oricând cu plăcere. Felicitări!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at the Sperone Hotel in Split, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the rich history of the property was evident, adding a unique charm to our stay that we deeply appreciated. Our expectations were not just met, but exceeded in every way. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the hotel's perfect location. It was ideally situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was still right in the middle of the city. We were only a two-minute walk from the harbor, which made exploring Split incredibly convenient. Additionally, the beach was just a 15-minute walk away, allowing us to enjoy both the city's vibrant energy and the serene coastline with ease. The entire week was filled with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, always helpful, and displayed a level of mindfulness and discretion that truly elevated our stay. Every interaction was professional yet warm, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our time there. Breakfast each morning was perfect—thoughtfully prepared with attention to detail, ensuring that we had the best start to our day. The staff made every effort to provide a top-tier experience, which we noticed and greatly appreciated. The spa at the hotel was another highlight. It was intimate, well-maintained, and offered a lovely retreat for relaxation. A special shoutout to the colleague with the white shoes from Bordo he was absolutely amazing. I’d also like to send greetings to the woman with blonde curly hair; her professionalism and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the biggest thank you goes to our favorite host, Branco. You were exceptional, and we’re incredibly grateful for your kindness and attention. Set in Split, Heritage Hotel Cardo enjoys a privileged location within the UNESCO-protected Diocletian's Palace. The Peristyle, St. Overall, our stay was incredible. The property is beautiful and well cared for, and very clean. The staff are extremely kind and caring and they all go above and beyond to make your stay incredible. Ivan and Edita were very friendly and always helpful. Ivan helped us with our plans and even created a driving itinerary for us for one day of our trip, which we were very grateful for. The location and property were beautiful but it was the kindness of the people who worked there that made the stay feel welcomed and cared for. The breakfast was in a lovely courtyard outdoors, and the staff there were incredibly genuine and kind too. The server Carla remembered our preferences from the days before which we thought was very impressive.
