It has everything you need for a stay, so we felt at home. Each room has its own air conditioning, and the bathrooms have underfloor heating, so we were pleasantly warm even in "winter". There is a very large jacuzzi on the terrace of the apartment, which, despite the winter time and the outside temperatures of around 10 degrees, was suitably heated, so we could use it from the first day. The host Marko is super friendly and helpful and always available. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a richly laid table of Dalmatian delicacies and cold drinks in the fridge. He also delivered a cake with sparkling wine for the New Year. The nearest shop, restaurant and bars on the beach are a 2-minute walk away, so you don't need a car at all and it can be parked at the private parking lot of the apartment at all times. We definitely recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants a truly carefree holiday in a great location. We will definitely be back. Marko, thank you again for everything.

Amazing location, in vicinity of the beach. Apartment has a parking slot, it is modernly equipped with new furniture and has spacious bedrooms. Cleanness is on a top notch. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances and bathroom is equipped with washing machine. Overall, an amazing property suited for family vacation. Hosts were amazing - we came at late hour and we were given all necessary info about the area - beaches, restaurants, shops… We had a great stay and will definitely book again when we come to area.

Paradet está en Kaštela, a 15 km de Parque arqueológico de Salona y a 18 km de Estadio Park Mladeži, y ofrece wifi gratis y aire acondicionado. Very nice place at the great price, a lot of space and full kitchen. There’s a stereo, toys, colors, board games, spare bed linens… We didn’t use it all because we had to stay only two nights. Nice beach nearby and a lot of restaurants with fair prices and exceptional food. People here are fantastic, you’ll come back.

Unique place to stay in Croatia, great location - close to the beach, shop, restaurants. Easy contact with the owner, upon arrival, fresh fruit, wine, water and juice were waiting for us. The apartment is new and very clean, it was equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

The host was very welcoming, they met us at the accommodation and immediately gave us a tour of the apartment. Everything was very clean and cozy. The beach was a 15-minute walk from the accommodation. Overall, we were very satisfied with this booking!)
