I am very happy with this hotel’s service. I lived at Residence Club Floor and the view is glorious ! I would like to give the compliment to the Housekeeping supervisor ( Kat) who is very responsible, making sure everything is great in my room. Mr. Elvis Chau ( RC Guests Relations Officer ) is very polite and thoughtful, checking-in if the tea would be too cold ( AC in the lounge ) so he could refill with hot water.
