Very humble and supportive staff. Fron desk was very helpful and kind. Location is good. You can find halal restaurant nearby and markets for groceries. Rooms have glass walls with amazing view. Ac, fridge and microwave all worked perfectly.

Daily cleaning, pest control, daily toiletries change, kind behaviour of personnel, good location, close to Mong Kok East and Mong Kok MTR Station, and also close to many bus routes. Price is also very affordable.

I took the ferry across from North Point for the full experience and it took me 8 minutes at a casual pace to arrive to the hotel. As one of the first guests, we were invited to our own ribbon cutting ceremony when we reached the guestroom! The room had great views of the sports ground and is eco-friendly with pretty green glass bottles for us to refill with drinking water from the dispenser located on every floor! Definitely don't miss the sunset at the Jin Bo Law skybar/rooftop pool!
