From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Harbor view is terrific. Very comfortable room. Great amenities: restaurants, spa, etc.

Overlooking Victoria Harbour, Mandarin Oriental offers elegant rooms with 48-inch flat-screen TV, 8 dining options including Michelin Star restaurant Mandarin Grill+Bar, a spa and fitness centre. Perfect in everything. This is how all 5 star hotels should be, but unfortunately most are not. Mandarin Oriental at Central should be a benchmark for every other hotel.
