The hotel team were very friendly. It is also quite convenient thanks to the free shuttle bus from Airside. I took the ferry across from North Point for the full experience and it took me 8 minutes at a casual pace to arrive to the hotel. As one of the first guests, we were invited to our own ribbon cutting ceremony when we reached the guestroom! The room had great views of the sports ground and is eco-friendly with pretty green glass bottles for us to refill with drinking water from the dispenser located on every floor! Definitely don't miss the sunset at the Jin Bo Law skybar/rooftop pool!
