Within a short walking distance from restaurants and café-bars, Oceanis is located on a coastal street in the area of Kalamaria. It features free Wi-Fi and rooms overlooking the mountain and seafront.... The location was excellent, the views from my room facing the sea was breathtaking, the staff were all accomodating and in the end become your friends

Pezodromos Kalamarias, smeštajni objekat sa terasom i barom, nalazi se u Solunu, na 5,8 km od znamenitosti Arheološki muzej u Solunu, 6,8 km od znamenitosti Rotunda i Galerijev luk i 6,8 km... Nicely furnished, located in one of the nicest areas of Thessaloniki and spotless clean little apartment with everything one might need during the stay in the city. The owner was very professional and responsive and check-in, check-out process went smoothly. Free parking space is a bonus since we travelled by car. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. The street itself is busy and bit noisy with lively atmosphere thanks to the stores, bars and cafes but we knew that already, since this is not our first time visiting this area. And eventhough we are 40+ couple, we didn't mind it at all since the window isolation is sound proof solid. On the other hand, we had great choice of cafe bars to go out in the evening within reach and without going to the center. We also enjoyed drinking our first morning coffee with locals in the cafe below.

Exceptionally clean, very well equipped and comfortable apartment. It has a parking spot which is great! Also the host, Katerina, sent us detailed guidelines in advance.

A wonderful space that was clean and spacious. They were very accommodating to our needs. A short walk to everything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay

Apartment is of a very high standard, very clean and fresh. Facilities are very good and the bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect. Kalamaria harbour is a couple of minutes walk away and has bars, coffee shops and tavernas. Kalamaria town centre is a couple of minutes walk the other way. Likewise there is an abundance of bars restaurants and shops. There is s local bar about 20 seconds away a large supermarket and bakery about 30 seconds away. Also 30 seconds away is bus stop, with buses to Thesaanliki centre about every ten minutes.. on-street parking is easy. Will definitely stay again.

We travel quite often and have seen almost all kinds of accommodation.. kudos to the host! we were greeted by a real family atmosphere, beautiful accommodation, fragrant bedding and mostly everything smelled beautiful, the terrace is beautiful and spacious, at the same time privately tucked away, for maximum relaxation, even the garden furniture is so meaningfully placed that you just have to enjoy it! :) the kitchen is fully equipped, functional, and of course in the entire accommodation - all the details that the host shows that he takes care of his guests! warmest recommendation, and I will definitely be back (with our pet, because they are allowed too!:))

Completely new and modernly decorated apartment, with all necessary contents. It has two rooms with beds and TV, both with air conditioning, one with a terrace, a large and beautifully decorated living room with a fireplace and TV, and a terrace with a beautiful view of Mount Olympus. A modern kitchen with all the necessary contents. Great bathroom. all rooms are air-conditioned, the entrance to the building and the apartment is very simple with a parking space in front. The location is excellent for those who want to visit the city center and for those who would travel from the airport, the "ring road" is also nearby. We enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Elpida was extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. In a good area not far away from the center.

Lavandi 1 was incredibly comfortable, with everything we needed and more! The property is set in a lovely area with plenty of parking space, making our stay even more convenient. Communication with the host was very easy, adding to overall wonderful experience.
