The property was truly one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! It was cozy, clean and at the best location within the castle! To top it off, the staff and owner were really hospitable and spoiled us with daily homemade treats and drinks.

I simply don’t have enough words to describe how amazing was the hotel ! the hotel is located in the heart of the city, near all facilities. Just 1´ walk to the lake, to the boat for the small island, very close to all the museums (within 10’ of walk), lots of restaurants cafe and bar around. The hotel is in a paved very quite street. Lots of parking around. we stayed in a superior room with patio view, amazing, very clean, spacious, all the comfort needed inside. the breakfast, what to say about it ! all fresh, homemade, generous quantities, delicious !!! Elena welcomed us with open arms ! I was very sad to leave the place but for sure I will be back ! thank you for all really, it was a short but amazing stay ! Of course, I highly recommend this hotel !!

Centrally located in Ioannina, Lake Spirit is a 4-star hotel featuring an elegantly decorated bistro-restaurant with an open cuisine, a cosy bar, and a small conference room for mini events and... Great hotel with a very welcoming and kind staff! The location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the center with all the restaurants and shops, so it was located on a quiet area. The breakfast was really good and we got to choose what we wanted. I especially liked the shower - spacious, clean, good water pressure. Great hotel I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

With a prime location at Ioannina’s historic centre, this monastic-style hotel features rooms with fireplace and LED TV, and offers a lounge with open fireplace and a stone-paved courtyard. I completely agree with other reviewers that this is an exceptionally fine boutique hotel. It is housed in a beautifully renovated building, has very friendly and helpful staff and rooms equipped with all the facilities (safe, tea/coffee maker, slippers and robe), Major tourist attractions and various taverns and restaurants are just steps away in what is clearly a gentrified neighbourhood. If I come again to Ioannina this will certainly be the place I will choose to stay.
