Situated less than a 10-minute walk from Kifisia Train Station, Coco-Mat Hotel Nafsika offers elegant rooms with private balconies, modern bathrooms and Coco-Mat mattresses. A very pleasant and decorative boutique hotel. Stuff was very nice and willing to assist. We stayed in a large super-clean suite with nice views of the city. The hotel location was great as it is very close to the northern exit for those who are heading to Lamia. Breakfast was fresh and rich. We like the atmosphere. This is the second time we stay in the same hotel, and we love it very much!!

We tried a couple hotels in the area and this has been the nicest one so far. Rooms were comfortable (only minor point they are a bit dark by design), very clean, nice breakfast and having the gym was handy. There is a bar/ restaurant to sit down and have a coffee, and its only a few minutes walk from many amenities. Staff were very polite, we d go back.

Theoxenia Residence is set in Kifisia, an exclusive suburb in Athens featuring high-end restaurants and boutiques. Beautiful place with nice pool. The room was perfect.
