Everything was perfect during our stay. We were a school group of nearly 40 people, and the hotel staff, particularly Giorgina and Elena at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They provided us with excellent information about the city and upcoming events, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel and rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained. Every process, from check-in to check-out, was seamless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Christina at the reception was so helpful, kind and professional. The hotel is new, immaculately clean, smells amazing, the bed is very comfortably , the breakfast is surprisingly good , the location is perfect. No noise from the streets despite being in a very central area.

The suite is fully equipped and brand new. There is enough space for two to three people. We were able to park infront. But when you go in and out in the narrow driveway you have to be careful. If something was going on, I could reach the staff at any time and it was taken care of immediately. The rooms can all be heated well with the air conditioning even in the cold season. There are also shutters for darkening.

From the location, a walking distance from every major sight but still in a quiet spot, to the staff and the room, everything was superb. The breakfast has a wide range of options (honestly there’s something for everyone), the interiors are all brand new, and the gym is great as well if you fancy a workout while on holiday. Great restaurant if you don’t want to go too far for a dinner or lunch. Every single one of their staff were absolutely lovely and have contributed to an unforgettable experience.
