Situated in Athens, 7 km from Goulandris Natural History Museum, Dekelia Hotel features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. First of all we had a nice room with a look out of the swimming pool, with a beautiful view of a bridge and a mountain, with a nice, large and soft bed (what usually isn’t the case with hotel beds). The breakfast was very nice with good variety. The people at the servicedesk were nice and polite. The swimming pool was large with enough sunbeds and beach umbrellas. The food at the restaurant was also very delicious, which isn’t always the case at a hotel. The people working at the hotel are very nice and kind people. Some people specifically made our trip to Athenes memorable, these were George, Johnny and Michael. Micheal was happy and polite and gave nice recommendations for places to go into the city. Johnny was very helpful and kind at the swimming pool, he also gave a lot of tips and recommendations for the city. Lastly George, George has a happy, energetic and lively personality, made delicious cocktails and learned us a lot of Greek words to help us blend in with the people of Greece. If you rent a car I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
