The location is fantastic—close to the train station and also easily accessible to the city center by taxi or other means. I also loved your Christmas decorations; they added such a warm touch. Everything was amazing!

There are plenty of restaurants and places to visit in the area. Communication with the owner was very effective before our arrival. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen area and the living room were nice.

A few minutes' walk from Richmond town centre and rail/Tube stations, the cosy, popular Red Cow is a restored inn offering home-cooked bar food and comfortable accommodation. Nice reception from bartender. Clean room. Nice snacks.
